1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of products and services from:

Trading as Wulf™

By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.


2. Nature of Products and Services

Wulf™ provides performance-related automotive products and services, including:
• ECU and TCU software calibration
• Performance exhaust systems and downpipes
• Diagnostics and performance testing
• Installation and related workshop services

These services modify factory vehicle specifications and may alter performance characteristics.


3. Performance Risk

Performance modifications may:
• Increase power and torque
• Alter manufacturer parameters
• Affect emissions compliance
• Increase mechanical wear
• Impact manufacturer warranties
• Require disclosure to insurers

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable road, emissions, licensing and insurance requirements.


4. Workshop Indemnity Requirement

All customers are required to sign a Workshop Indemnity & Risk Acknowledgement prior to installation of any performance software or hardware.

By proceeding with workshop services, the customer acknowledges and accepts:
• The inherent risks of performance modifications
• That the vehicle is mechanically sound
• That warranty and insurance consequences may arise

The signed indemnity forms part of the contractual relationship between Wulf™ and the customer.


5. Software-Specific Terms

ECU and TCU calibrations are:
• Vehicle-specific
• Non-transferable
• Considered customised services

Once installed, software services are non-refundable unless required by applicable South African law.

Reverting to stock software may incur labour charges.


6. Mechanical Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in proper mechanical condition before modification.

Wulf™ shall not be liable for failures resulting from:
• Pre-existing mechanical defects
• Poor maintenance
• Third-party modifications
• Abuse, competition use, towing or excessive load use after modification


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

Wulf™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Wulf™’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.


8. Hardware Products

Installed hardware and custom-fabricated components are non-refundable once fitted, unless defective.

Returns of unused hardware products may be considered in accordance with our Returns Policy and subject to inspection.


9. Testing and Vehicle Operation

Customers authorise Wulf™ to operate and road test vehicles where necessary to provide the agreed services.

Reasonable care will be exercised at all times.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names and related materials are the property of Wulfchiptegnik (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
