Because we provide vehicle-specific performance products and custom workshop services, not all items can be returned once fitted or used.

Our software is:

Once installed, software is not refundable.

If you later request the vehicle to be returned to stock software, a labour charge will apply at our current workshop rate.

If a software issue arises due to our calibration, we will investigate and correct it. A refund will only be considered if the issue is proven to be a defect and cannot be rectified.

Custom-built exhaust systems and fabricated parts (including Wulfpipe™ products built specifically for your vehicle) are not refundable once manufacturing or installation has started.

These products are made for your specific vehicle and cannot be resold as new.

If you request removal after installation, removal labour will be charged.

Performance parts that have been installed or used are considered used goods.

Once fitted, these items cannot be refunded.

If removed at your request, labour charges will apply.

At our discretion, we may offer store credit on certain items, less reasonable handling or restocking costs.

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Labour charges are not refundable once work has started.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

If a product is defective or fails due to a manufacturing fault within the legal warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund as required by law.
